Terms of Service

Who may hold an account

A MorphyLearn account must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Kid profiles are created by the account holder for their own children and are not independently-controlled accounts. When creating an account, you must affirmatively check a box confirming you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy — account creation is blocked until you do.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including on any device you pair for kid gameplay. You can revoke a lost or no-longer-used paired device yourself at any time from your device pairing settings — a revoked device loses access immediately. If you believe your account itself has been compromised, change your password right away and contact Support if you need further help.

The free trial

New accounts receive a free trial (currently 14 days) with full product access and no credit card required. At the end of the trial, starting new missions requires an active subscription; your account and your children's existing progress are preserved regardless. We may change the length of, or discontinue, promotional free trials at any time for future new accounts.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves. Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; any tax required by law will be added at checkout. Charges are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings — cancelling prevents future renewals, and, unless required by law or our Refund & Cancellation Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. Acceptable use

MorphyLearn is provided for personal, family use. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on our servers or infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malware or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to any part of the Service you're not authorized to access
• Share, sell, or fraudulently transfer your account credentials
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content from the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service outside normal use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except as permitted by law
• Attempt to bypass a subscription, paywall, or access control
• Exploit a bug or vulnerability rather than reporting it to us
• Use the product for any purpose other than its intended educational use

Intellectual property

MorphyLearn, including its software, educational content, lessons, curriculum, graphics, logos, text, designs, audio, and other materials, is owned by Saul Steward or licensed to MorphyLearn, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MorphyLearn for your personal, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of MorphyLearn except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Payment fraud occurs
• The Service is abused
• Required by law

We may also discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Educational disclaimer

MorphyLearn is an educational tool intended to support learning. We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome, reading level, academic performance, or learning result.

Accuracy disclaimer

Although we work to provide accurate educational content, mistakes may occasionally occur. We do not guarantee that every activity or lesson is error-free.

No professional advice

MorphyLearn provides educational activities only. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or services.

Service availability

We aim for reliable availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, pricing, and free trial terms may change, and we may update, change, discontinue a feature, or occasionally take the product offline for maintenance.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, or failures of third-party providers.

Export control and sanctions

You may not use MorphyLearn in, or in a manner that would violate, any country, region, or circumstance prohibited by applicable U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

Limitation of liability

MorphyLearn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorphyLearn and Saul Steward will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Who you're contracting with

MorphyLearn is operated by Saul Steward, based in Tennessee, United States. Notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected].

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and MorphyLearn regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us about the Service.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before they take effect.
